If you wish to return your item via the mail within 14 days of delivery for full refund minus any shipping charges, you must contact us by email at devin@kayajewelers.net . You will be emailed a USPS or UPS prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, your refund will be credited back to you on the method of payment used in the original purchase whenever possible. You may also wish to return or exchange your merchandise to either of our physical store locations.

Certain items, however, may not be refunded:

-Damaged from wear/use or if piece was "tampered" with.

-Personalized items (ie. sized rings, engraved or monogrammed items)

-Special Orders (items that must be ordered in a special size or items that we do not normally stock).

-Custom Orders (any custom work agreed upon inquiried through us in email, store, or website)

-Watches may only be returned if they are unworn and returned in their original packaging, with the original box and all original documentation enclosed.

For any orders over $1,000 you may contact devin@kayajewelers for a free appraisal within 60 days of purchase.

Please give us up to 5 business days to allow for your order to ship. If your order needs to be resized you may have to wait up to 2 weeks.
